He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin P. Woodward and Gertrude Stewart Woodward. He is survived by: his wife Sherrall Woodward; his children, Dennis Woodward (Jennifer) of Princeton, Mark Woodward (Jamie) of Kennett Square, PA and Donna Woodward of Phoenixville, PA; his brother Kenneth Woodward (Linda) of Cochranville, PA; his grandchildren, Robert Stewart IV (Amy) of Fairbanks, AK, Nathan Woodward of Pine Level, NC, Carolynn Demny of Montgomery, TX, Emily Renfrow (Rusty) of Kenly, NC and Chase Woodward of Kennett Square, PA; and his great grandchild Mae Stewart of Fairbanks, AK..
