She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Putnam (Marshall) of Clayton and Sue Hodge of Smithfield; her grandchildren, Amy Hornbuckle (Jim), Travis Hodge (Crystal), Andrea Furr (Brad) and Vickie Wall (Stuart); and her caregivers, Lisa, Brandy, Cathy and April. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
