He is survived by: his wife Teresa Moore; his children, Douglas Moore, Brian Moore, Colette Collins and Victoria Moore; his stepchildren, Alex Lassiter, Christine Reddin and Patricia Lassiter; and his grandchildren, Heather Jacobson, Kimberly Collins, Stephanie Collins, Molly Collins, Dylan Moore, Alex Stratton, George Reddin and William Reddin.
