She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronnie Blalock and Josephine Deleonardo. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Ryan Collie, Chandler Dean Mull, Landon Jarrett Vick and Kayanne Blalock; her siblings, Rebekah Sheyenne Carey and Noah David Vick; her close friends, George Wayne Price (Courtney Elizabeth Price), Christy Amanda Duke, Katie Genova and Deborah Hayes Batchelor; her stepdaughter Courtney Lewis; and her cousins, Megan Hawley, Keylo Hooker, Kirsten Hooker and Tanlan Jones.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested help with the end of life expenses to be sent to Shingleton Funeral Home 2413 Nash Street NW P.O. Box 1909 Wilson, NC 27894.
