He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald O. Payne and Dallas Payne; and his brother Joe Payne of Michigan. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda; his siblings, Shannon Watkins (Brian) of Michigan, Heather Dee Webster (Steve) of Tennessee and Sean Payne of Texas; his parents-in-law, David and Annie Ruffin of Sims; and his sister-in-law Beverly Lewis (Gary) of Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
