She was predeceased by: her brother Jesse David Bottoms; and her grandparents, Jesse G. Brinkley, Bertie P. Brinkley, Porter W. Bottoms and Hazel M. Bottoms.
She is survived by: her father Lawrence Gray Bottoms; her husband Larry Gray Poindexter; her mother Carol Jean Brinkley Bottoms; her sister-in-law Patricia Vanhoy Bottoms; her close friends, Karen Brown Googe, Crystal Caudle, Pam Simmons, Angie Marion, Rachel Marion and Dalida Bucknall; her goddaughters, Brittanie P. Whelan, Victoria P. O'Neal and Elizabeth M. Googe; and her cousins, Sally M. Taylor and Charles W. Mason.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Westfield Friends. A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
