He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Vestal Miller and Lena Ethel Whitaker Miller; his wife Mary Elizabeth Davis Miller; his siblings, Ila Mae Bledsoe, Katie Cooke, Doug Miller, Roy Miller and James Miller; and his son-in-law Earl Bledsoe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joan Miller Bledsoe and Carolyn Miller Comer (Clark Comer); his grandchildren, Beth, Mike Flinchum, Christie Bledsoe, Josh, Samantha Comer, Jamey and Cindy Comer; his great grandchildren, Blake Flinchum, Faith Flinchum, Johnathon Flinchum, Lorick Flinchum, Kayli Comer, Nevaeh Comer, David Comer, Sloane Comer, Isaac Comer, Elijah Comer and Mya Comer; and also Blake Flinchum.
