It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernice Hutchins of Siloam, North Carolina, who passed away on October 23, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Pratt and Myrtle Doss Pratt; her husband Edward Eugene Hutchins, Sr.; her sons, Edward Eugene "Chip" Hutchins, Jr. and Charles Leonard Hutchins; and her sister-in-law Gaynell Pratt.
She is survived by: her son Robert Hutchins (Renee); her siblings, Betty Pratt, Carole Snow (Billy) and Jack Pratt; her daughter-in-law Delores "Dee" Hutchins; her grandchildren, Chris Hutchins (Bridget), Brandon Hutchins, Andrew Hutchins and Ashley Poston (Seth); and her great grandchildren, Madison Hutchins, Mason Hutchins, Judah Hutchins, Ezekiel Hutchins, Genesis Hutchins, Lillian Poston, Oliver Poston and Elenor Poston.
