He is survived by: his wife Josephine Marsh Neal; his daughters, Miranda (Demetrius) of Siler City, NC, Natiaya of Siler City, NC and Delicia of Siler City, NC; his grandchildren, Braylon and Alaiah; his pet Arlo; his siblings, Dr. Jackie Moore (Bernice) of Pittsboro, NC, Dennis (Ruth) of Spencer, NC, Rev. Vanessa Denise Neal of Liberty, NC, Shawn (Rhonda) of Pleasant Garden, NC, Tiwana Peoples (Michael) of Pittsboro, NC and Greg (Christina) of Wingate, NC; his aunts, Marie Gresham of Springfield, MA, Hattie Neal of Atlanta, GA and Gladys Ramsey of Hillside, NJ; his godchildren, Courtney McSwain of Sanford, NC and Shonai McSwain of Spring Lake, NC; his children, Georgiana Vargas (Eddie) of Siler City, NC and Elder Earnest White of Sanford, NC; his grandchildren, Keanu Siler (Josselin) of Siler City, NC, Brandon Vargas of Siler City, NC, Makayla Vargas of Charlotte, NC, Amiyah Vargas of Siler City, NC, Ronald E. Foxx III of Dallas, TX, Mackenzie Fox of Atlanta, GA and Myriah Fox of Tallahassee, FL; and his great grandchildren, Mateo Vargas and Niko Vargas. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
