With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Smith (Siler City, North Carolina), born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on May 16, 2019 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Herbert Taft Guthrie and Allene Guthrie (Thompson); her husband Robert D. Smith; her daughters, Debbie Stuart Ingle of Siler City, Wanda Stuart of Durham and Michelle Smith (David) of Snow Camp; her sisters, Peggy Rich of Burlington, Claudette Stout of Graham, Lillie Holt (Willie) of Snow Camp and Nina Greeson (Scott) of Haw River; her grandsons, Wes Ingle (Ashley) of Greensboro and Josh Ingle (Danielle) of Siler City; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Ella Paige and Sawyer; and her sisters, Patricia Dodson of Haw River and Martha McVey of Snow Camp.
