She was predeceased by: her parents, Mose Beaty and Nina Beaty; her siblings, Bill, Junior, Kenneth and Alice (Lawrence Barber); her former husband Oliver Terry; and her sons, Mike and Randy Terry.
She is survived by: her siblings, Charles, Bessie and Ray; her children, Danny Terry and Debbie T. Grimes; her grandchildren, Brandy G Woody of Thomas Grimes, JD, Justin Terry and Crystal M Paul; her great grandchildren, Anna, Jackson, Elliott Woody, Kennedy, Houston, Shephard Grimes, Emerson, Anderson, Vivian, Hollis Terry, Ethan and Kieloni Moore; and her great great grandchild Adeline.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at SECU Jim and Betsy Bryan Hospice Home in Pittsboro, North Carolina who have gone above and beyond to ensure Mrs. Barber's comfort in her final days and would like to request donations be made to UNC Health Hospice Care in lieu of flowers.
