He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Stevens and Myrtle Thrift Stevens; his wife Carolyn B. Stevens; his son Clint Stevens; and his siblings, Judy Johnson, Muriel Blaylock and Jack Stevens.
He is survived by: his son Dale Stevens (Charlotte) of Bennett. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
Due to the current COVID-19 mandate, no formal visitation will be held.
