She is survived by: her children, Sharon Monroe (Tommy Foyil) of High Point, Morton Mead Dark, Jr. of Siler City and Thomas Philip Dark (Jane Keeney) of Siler City; her grandchildren, Heather Monroe, Jennifer Melton and Meredith Dark; her great grandchildren, Tripp Idol, Kelsie Idol, Sydney Monroe and Waylon Melton; and her daughter-in-law Helen Teter of Liberty.
