He is survived by: his wife Dixie Holt; his son Tim Holt of Pittsboro; his sister Anita Seawell (Roger) of Glendon; and his stepchildren, Kim Brewer, Donna Storts, Tony Hefner, David Hefner and Dean Hefner.
