He was predeceased by: his parents, John Paul Seabolt and Fannie Marie Seabolt; and his siblings, Betty Jo Seabolt, Mary Farlow, Sara Seabolt, Gladys Shepherd, Paul Clayton Seabolt and Dwight Jerome Seabolt.
He is survived by: his sisters, Jean Seabolt Smith of Snellville, GA and Loucille Purvis of High Falls. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
