He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Robert and Lillian Katherine Robinson (Jackie); his daughter Janet Lynn Finley; his siblings, William Earnest Finley (Bill), Jerry Clyde Finley and Evelyn Finley Jones; his sister-in-law Betty Finley; and his grandson Joshua Douglas Finley.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Moss Finley; his sons, Douglas Charles Finley (Ann), Benjamin Michael Finley (Annie), Joseph Stephen Finley (Whitney) and David Bryan Finley (Nicole); his siblings, Jerome Frank Finley and Susan Ann Huckabee (Phil); his sisters-in-law, Patricia Moss and Sandra Ludlam (Bill); his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Andrea, Kyle, Morgan, Nathan, Ainsley, Vivian and Luca Finley; and his great grandchildren, Adler Finley and Christian Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
