He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lewellen and Thompson Lewellen. He is survived by: his children, Rex Daniel Lewellen, Ruth Danielle Collins and Robin Danette Lewellen; and his sister Alline Lewellen. He is also survived by four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
