She is survived by: her parents, Tabatha Dalia and Terry Pendergraph; her boyfriend Adam Holmes; her children, Caleb, Carmen and Brittany; her sister Courtney Putnam; her grandparents, Robert, Neal Elmore, Louise Riggsbee and Theo Pendergraph; and her uncle Kevin Pendergraph.
