He was predeceased by: his parents, Weddie N. Gabriel Sr. and Lovella Conner Gabriel; and his wife Shelva Jean Mayhew Gabriel. He is survived by: his children, Wendy Thomas (Charles), Gregory Gabriel (Sheila), Raynard Gabriel (Marilyn), Deneen Gabriel (Kevin), Marcus Gabriel (Antonia), Sabrina Kilmer (Korey) and Roger Darrell Gabriel. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren along with extended family.
