She was predeceased by: her parents, Obie Franklin and Buna Mae Franklin; her husband W. H. Lowman; her grandson Robbie Reid; and her siblings, Gladys Boyle, Joseph, Obie and Bruce Franklin.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Lowman (Jane), Revonda Lail (Junior) and Michael Lowman (Tammy); her siblings-in-law, Easton Doyle, Mary Franklin and Joyce Franklin; her grandchildren, Ricky Lail, Kelly Carswell (Jason), Michael Lowman, Jr. (Emily), Rocky and Brian Reid; and her great grandchildren, Bryce, Blake Carswell, Summer and Austin Reid.

Memorials may be made to Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 5848 Miller Bridge Rd., Connelly Springs, NC 28612.
