It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Freddie Moses Johnson of Sherrills Ford, North Carolina, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Johnson and Ruby Cook Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Johnson of Sherrills Ford, NC; his daughters, Tammy Byler (Harold) of Sherrills Ford, NC and Jackie Addison (Jason) of Luray, VA; his grandchildren, Monika Addison, Andrew Byler, Ryan Addison and Devon Byler; his sister Mary Powers; and his sisters-in-law, Irene Johnson and Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Massanova Pentecostal Church, 691 Aaron Mountain Road, Castleton, VA 22716.
