He is survived by: his parents, Gary Puckett (Vicki) and Dawn Bonagura (Ken); his siblings, Matthew Puckett (Kalyn), Kevin Bonagura (Kim), Jamie Bonagura, Josh (Brittany), Chris and Russell Conklin; and his grandparents, Charlie Furr and Kay Stacey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the McEwen Funeral Service-Derita Chapel (6300 Mallard Creek Rd, Charlotte, NC 28262). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
