She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Stokes and Mamie Stokes; her husband Frank Bailey Sr.; her son Ricky Wayne Bailey (Penny) of Lexington; her grandson Ryan Bailey of Lexington; and her siblings, Barbara Philyaw of Sherrills Ford, Bobby Stokes of Lexington, Bill Stokes of Lexington and Jim Stokes of Virginia Beach, VA.

She is survived by: her son Ted Bailey (Bernice) of Sherrills Ford; her granddaughter Christina Bailey Crede (Daniel) of Maiden; her great grandchild Colton Crede of Maiden; and her siblings, Rochelle Varnam of Supply, Juanita Hughes of Linwood, Rayborn Stokes of Utah and Tommy Smith of Utah.
