He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spencer Sr. and Nancy Dellinger Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Louise Hamrick Spencer; his children, Kim Payne (Tim) of Alexis, NC, Shanna Seaman (Stewart) of Cherryville, NC and Lynette Harwood (Garrett) of Mt. Holly, NC; his grandchildren, Josh Payne, Kylie Payne, Kyndall Call, Haley Lockridge (Anthony) and Jordan Harwood; his great grandchildren, Crosby Payne, Emma Payne and Natalie Lockridge; his siblings, Randy Spencer (Jerri) of Grover, NC, Barbara Hardin of Kings Mountain, NC and Frank Spencer Jr. (Karen) of Dallas, NC; and his former wife Patsy Spencer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
