With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wade Davis (Shelby, North Carolina), born in Cleveland, North Carolina, who passed away on May 25, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Davis and Buena Greene Davis; his wife Betty Dover Davis; his son Terry Davis; and his siblings, Ruth Toney, Robert, Roger and Ronald Davis.

He is survived by: his children, Felicia Burnett (Kyle) of Chesnee and Jimmy Davis of Kings Mountain; his sister Gaye Pruitt (David) of Shelby; and his grandchildren, Terri Michelle Davis of Boiling Springs and Robbie Michael Davis of Cherryville. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
