She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Wayne Nanney; her parents, Virginia Davis and Ralph Davis; and her siblings, Charlotte Smith and Doug Davis.
She is survived by: her sons, Thomas Wayne Nanney, Jr. (Lori) of Boiling Springs, NC and Tracy Nanney (Lisa) of Shelby, NC; her grandsons, Adam Nanney of Boiling Springs, Kyle Nanney (Savannah) of Boiling Springs and Trevor Nanney of Shelby; her great grandchild Jaxson Kyle Nanney of Boiling Springs; and her close friends, Diane Whisnant of Shelby and Teresa Brooks of Shelby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
