It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Mills Curry of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on March 14, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mills Curry, Sr. and Edith Mae Mills Curry; his wife Virginia Carpenter Curry; and his siblings, Paul Curry, Mazelle Dodson, Jack Curry, Lucille Sutherland, Josephine Blanton, James Curry, Barbara Biddix and Betty Beam.
He is survived by: his son Thomas "Mills" Curry, III (Debi) of Cherryville; his grandson John Thomas Curry (Robin) of Hickory; and his great grandchild Addison Rose Curry.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Elizabeth Baptist Church.
