With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Terry Lipsey of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Lipsey and Janelle Duncan Lipsey; his daughter Teresa Human; and his siblings, Bill Lipsey, Elbert Lipsey Jr., Doug Lipsey, Danny Lipsey, Malinda Pennington and Frances Sanders.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Isler Lipsey; his daughters, Crystal Payseur (Derek) of Wilmington, NC and Chasity Rieger (Todd) of Leesville, LA; his brother Levon Lipsey (Peggy) of Kings Mountain; his sister-in-law Betty Lipsey of Gaffney; and his grandchildren, Natalie Payseur of Samantha Payseur, T. J, Matthew Rieger and Corey Rieger.
