It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry James of Shelby, North Carolina, who passed away on October 10, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lallage Brooks and Willie Dee Brooks; and her brother Jerry Brooks. She is survived by: her children, Candace James (Chris Hayes), Kenneth (Ashely James) and Laura James (Nick Chappell); and her sisters, Veronica (Mike Walker), Sheila (David Grigg) and Melanie Smith. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, many nephews, great nephews, nieces, and great nieces.
