She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Tillman Haynes and Addie Elizabeth Waters Haynes; and her husband Gary Wayne Wheelus. She is survived by: her children, Robby Barr, Rodney Barr (Sandy) and Angi McCoy; her grandchildren, Tate, Gage, Raylynn, Chris, Tristen, Victoria, Dylan and Logan; and her close friend Heather. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Sylvia's memory to Cecil M. Burton Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
