She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Franklin and Sadie Franklin; her husband James William Goins; and her siblings, Gladys Mise, Polly Loudy, Mary Ann Epley, Glenn Franklin and Kenny Franklin.
She is survived by: her children, Don Goins (Donna) of Shelby, Randy Goins of Fallston, Debbie Bailey (Michael) of Lawndale, Deanie Waters (Jody) of Mooresboro and Pam Goins Hamrick (Tommy Terry); her sisters, Bernice Cline of Nebo and Norma Jean Klutz of Hickory; and her grandchildren, Curtis Bailey (Ashley), Matt Goins (Dee), Tyler Goins (Abby), Jonathan Hamrick (Casey), Myra Lowe (Brad), Jayma Goins (Ed Stephens), Stephanie Bright (Brandon), Jessica Waters (Kasey Rennick) and Dakota Terry (Amanda). She is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
