He is survived by: his sons, Samuel Goforth (Amy) and Craig Goforth (Lynn); his grandchildren, Hannah Ridings, Samuel Goforth, Meredith Goforth, Gavin Goforth, Jon Goforth and Conner Goforth; his great grandchildren, Ava, Boone and Lottie; and his siblings, Dennis Goforth, Richard Goforth and Susan Porter.
