He is survived by: his father Robert Bodwell Jr. of Shelby; his children, Christopher Bodwell of Iron Station and Alyssa Bodwell of Lawndale; his siblings, Jaclyn Mathis, Robert and Dustin Bodwell of Shelby; his grandmother Annette Bodwell of Shelby; and his adoptive children, Aliyah, D. J. and Julian.
