She was predeceased by: her parents, Shuford Clontz and Etta Sprouse Clontz; her husband Herbert Jaynes; her son Paul Jaynes; her grandson Brandon Jaynes; and her siblings, Nelson Clontz, Carl Clontz, Edgar Clontz, Cecil Clontz, Clyde Clontz, Jim Clontz, Grady Clontz, Freddy Clontz, Shuford Clontz Jr. and Faye Clontz Cook.
She is survived by: her sons, Gary Jaynes (Pat) of Lebanon, TN and Dennis Jaynes (LeeAnn) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Michael Jaynes (Terri), Taylor Jaynes (Audrey), Blair Hodge (Tripp) and Ryan Jaynes; her great grandchildren, Libby Jaynes, Brady Jaynes, Collin Jaynes, Laney Jaynes, Elizabeth Hodge and Elliott Hodge; and her brother Bill Clontz.
