He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Dwight Wellmon and Louise Lee Wellmon. He is survived by: his wife Doris Wellmon; his children, Melia Greene Lilly (Richard) and Jeff Canipe (Kelly); his grandchildren, Tucker Greene, Kaitlyn Canipe, Lexie Greene, Abby Canipe and Wyatt Canipe; and his great grandchild Vivian Greene.
