He is survived by: his girlfriend Sunday Gantt; his former wife Frances Jane Mellon Craig; his children, Thomas Dale Craig of Belmont and Tonya Marie Black of Shelby; his stepchildren, Billy Eric Buff of Cherryville and Ashley Brittain of Lincolnton; his sisters, Cathy Lee McSwain of Shelby and Darlene Hyder of Shelby; and his grandchildren, Cameron Marie Black of Charlotte and Leona Watson of Lincolnton.
