He is survived by: his children, Melena Trevino (Juan) of Watertown, NY, Kathy Cabrera (Carlos) of Lincolnton, Dawn Baker (Scott) of Watertown, NY, Tina Arrowood (Willard) of Shelby, John Fuller Sr. (Betty) of Watertown, NY and Elwin Fuller (Esther) of Vale; and his sister-in-law Cora Fuller of Oneida, NY.
