He is survived by: his mother Paulette Evangeline Green Birch of Shelby; his fiancée Diane Jenkins of Shelby; his daughter Crystal Birch (Jason Parker) of Lawndale; and his grandchildren, Dalton Birch, Alexis Jones and Priscilla Wilson.
