Peggy Almond Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Almond of Shelby, North Carolina, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Rosser and Mamie Stinnette Miller; and her aunt Loraine Bledsoe. She is survived by: her children, Kellye Leigh Yourick (David) of Shelby, NC., Harold Dale (Skip) and Michael Bradley Almond of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.; her grandchildren, Jordan Dale Barnhardt (Parks), Anna-Drake Davis (Daniel), Cameron Turner Almond (Logan), Preston Bradley Almond (Katelyn), Lee Rebecca Almond and Miller Joshua Almond (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Emma Leigh Davis and Lily Dean Davis. She is also survived by several cousins and other family members.
