She is survived by: her husband Edward Pies; her daughter Lisa Ann Smith (Dennis); her stepchildren, Laura Pies and David Pies; her sister Judy Long Edwards; her grandchildren, Stephen Hughes (Alesandra), Adam Hughes, Danny Merz and Victoria Merz; and her great grandchild Amanda Hughes.
