He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Dixon and Minnie Lee Haynes Weaver; and his siblings, Richard Dixon Weaver, L. B. Weaver and Doris Henson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Griffin Weaver of Gaffney; his son Lee Weaver Jr. of Boiling Springs; his stepchildren, Laura Lynn Doyle (Shand) of New Albany, MS, Mary Hampton (David) of Blacksburg and Kendall Griffin of Mooresville; his granddaughters, Brittney Weaver of Murphy and Brandy Weaver of Cherryville; and his stepgrandchildren, Ashely Pettigrow (Jason) of Waco, TX, Dana Hampton (Mason) of Spartanburg and Kayla Medlock (Jacob) of Shannon, MS..
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ross Grove Baptist Church.
