She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Lee Sr. and Sallie Gantt Lee. She is survived by: her husband Heyward Rogers; her son Stephen Rogers (Kim Spencer) of Lexington; her grandson Greyson Rogers (Lisa) of Denver, NC; her great grandchildren, Noah and Silas Rogers; her brother Edgar "Buddy" Lee Jr. (Doris Davis Lee) of Shelby; and her nieces and nephews, Tammie Lee, Sallie Lynn Lee-Troxell, Becky Wall, Linda Smith, Doug Noblitt, Roy Wellmon, Phil Weathers and Gerald Weathers.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to Lafayette Street Church at 1420 South Lafayette St. Shelby NC 28152.
