She was predeceased by: her father Guy Johansen. She is survived by: her son Frank Basile (Benita) of Shelby, NC; and her grandchildren, Nick Basile of Ft. Pierce, FL, Michael Basile of Revenna, OH, Cassi Hartung Basile of Washington State, Joey Hoyle (Brandy) of Shelby, NC and Chelly Peeler (Andy) of Shelby, NC. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
