She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Spurgeon Philbeck and Bertha Dickens Philbeck; and her great grandchild Aurora Leighann Bell. She is survived by: her children, Miriam Graham Bell (Jeff Bell) of Ellenboro, NC, Julie Graham McGinnis (Chad McGinnis) of Rutherfordton, NC. and Barry Edward Graham; her brother Benjamin Steve Philbeck of Shelby, NC; and her grandchildren, Abby Garlock (Brandon) of Shelby, NC, Cindy Cook of Surfside Beach, SC, Rachel Bell of Charlotte, NC, Jessica McGinnis Enloe (Caleb) of Rutherfordton, NC. and Henry McGinnis (Jessica Maddox) of Rutherfordton, NC.. She is also survived by her spouse and children.
