She was predeceased by: her parents, Cathy Roberts Harris and William "Bill" Walker Few. She is survived by: her daughters, Bobbie Few and Sydney Few; her grandsons, Isaac Hopper Jr. and Julian Few; her sisters, Crystal Hendrick (Terry Hendrick) and Jaime Henderson (JR Henderson); her nephew Clint Hendrick; and her nieces, Cassie Hendrick and Callie Wiggins. She is also survived by loving partners, and her great-niece and great-nephew.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Melanie's memory to a local animal shelter, honoring her deep love for animals.
