She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Leo Beattie and Beatrice Ford Beattie; her son Phil Weaver; her granddaughter Wendy Jamison; her great grandchild Alex Jamison; and her sister June Biggerstaff.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Weaver; her children, Ricky Weaver (Debbie) of Shelby, Terry Milam (Joel) of Rocky Pt, NC, Bill Weaver (Lisa) of Shelby and Kathy Weaver of Cherryville; her sister Carolyn Bess (Hugh) of Shelby; her grandchildren, Danielle Whitaker (Scott), Nichole Hamrick (Andy), Sharon Payne (Jason), Elizabeth Newton (Trent), Ryan Weaver, Zachary Milam (Jessica), Ben Milam, Angel Queen (Phillip), Dusty Mode, Thomas Weaver (Chrissy) and Nicholas Weaver; her great grandchildren, Phillip Jamison, Daniel Whitaker, Hailey Hamrick, Eliza Hamrick, Anais Hamrick, Spencer Payne (Destiny), Skylar Payne, Charlie Newton, Riley Milam, Reagan Milam, Kai Queen, Jackson Queen and Xander Weaver; and her great great grandchild Ruby Payne.
