She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Presley and Vera Louise Hill Lucas; her brother Robert Presley Lucas, Jr.; and her pets, Maggie and Ranger.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Bowen (Lauren) of Apex, NC, Mark Bowen of Shelby, NC and Catherine Bowen of Hillsborough, NC; her brother Frank Lucas (Susan) of Mooresboro, NC; and her grandsons, Luke Bowen and Jake Bowen of Apex, NC..
Viewing was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at 303 Peachtree Rd, Shelby, NC 28150. A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, October 23rd 2024 from 4:15 PM to 5:15 PM at the Sandy Run Baptist Church (210 E Church St, Mooresboro, NC 28114).
