He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Osborne and Nancy Osborne; and his sister Carolyn Darst. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Dellinger Osborne; and his children, David Osborne (Gayle), Chris Osborne (Gail) and Donna Almand (Paul). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
