She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Ross Lowman and Catherine Irene Deal Lowman; her husband Kenneth Virgil Strickland; and her siblings, Bill Lowman, Bob Lowman, Roy Lowman and Cathi Johnson.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth Brian Strickland (Jeanine) of Southern Shores; her grandchildren, Emma Strickland and Eli Strickland of Southern Shores; her brothers, Ruffus Lowman of New Berry, SC and Russell Lowman of Spindale; her close friends, Brian and Jennenne Hunnell; and also, Ian Hunnell and Aliah Hunnell.
