She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Elliot Hamrick Jr. and Frances Jenkins Hamrick. She is survived by: her husband Harlan Nelson Edwards Jr.; her children, Christopher Edwards (Sandy) of Cherryville, NC, Bryan Edwards (Amy) of Raleigh, NC and Jennifer Henderson (Logan) of Mooresville, NC; her grandchildren, Rachel Edwards, Elizabeth Edwards, Julia Edwards, Clara Edwards, Hannah Joy Edwards, Lila Henderson, Mallory Henderson and Kendra Henderson; and her siblings, John Hamrick (Aletta) of Mooresboro, NC, Elizabeth Roberts (Cisco) of Shelby, NC and Lois Splawn of Mooresboro, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
